Back Handspring Clinic June 13 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM This clinic is designed to build and improve back handsprings through focused drills, technique work, and progressions. Requirement: Must have a strong round-off rebound Athletes will work on power, technique, and confidence to take their back handspring to the next level.
