3-Day Beginner Tumbling Camp

Perfect for athletes just getting started, our 3-Day Beginner Tumbling Camp is designed to build a strong foundation in a fun, encouraging environment!
This camp focuses on basic tumbling skills, body control, and confidence, making it ideal for beginners or athletes still working on fundamentals.
Athletes will learn and work on:
Forward & backward rolls
Cartwheels & round-offs
Handstand basics
Body positions & technique
Strength, flexibility, and coordination
Each day includes structured skill stations, drills, and games to keep athletes engaged while learning proper technique and safety.

Final Day Fun Showcase:
Athletes will get to show off their new skills for family and friends at the end of camp!

2-Day Specialty Fun & Tumbling Camp

Get ready for 2 days of NON-STOP fun, energy, and excitement! This one-of-a-kind camp combines tumbling + themed activities your athlete will be talking about all summer long!
Each session is packed with rotating specialty themes like:
Lilo & Stitch Day – island vibes, games, and tropical fun
Krafty Kids – creative crafts, painting, and hands-on projects
Messy Kids – slime, paint, and all things messy (don’t worry… we handle the cleanup 😄)
Tie-Dye Fun – design your own custom shirt to take home
Wet & Wild – water games, relays, and splash-filled excitement
Flag Football – teamwork, competition, and fast-paced fun
Ultimate Tag – high-energy games that keep everyone moving
K-Pop Demon Hunters – dance, performance, and fierce energy
In between all the FUN, athletes will also work on:
Tumbling fundamentals & skill progression
Coordination, strength, and flexibility
Confidence and performance skills

Ready to perfect your skills and level up with confidence? Our Skill-Specific Clinics are designed to give athletes focused, high-impact training on one skill at a time.
Each clinic is 1.5 hours of intentional, detail-driven instruction where athletes will break down technique, fix bad habits, and build consistency.
