High-energy rotations, beginner-friendly instruction, and a FUN, positive HOT atmosphere.

Beginner Tumbling Camps

3-Day Beginner Tumbling Camp

Perfect for beginners, this fun and encouraging camp builds a strong tumbling foundation while boosting confidence.

Athletes will work on rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, handstands, and basic technique, along with strength, flexibility, and coordination.

What to Expect:
Small group instruction, beginner-friendly coaching, and a positive environment focused on fundamentals—plus lots of FUN!

Final Day Showcase:
Athletes will show off their new skills for family and friends.

4-Day Cheer & Tumbling Camp

Get ready to fuel the fire this summer at our high-energy camp designed for all skill levels! Athletes will build confidence while working on jumps, stunts, tumbling, dance, and performance in a fun, encouraging environment.

Each day includes skill stations, games, and team challenges led by experienced coaches focused on technique, safety, and growth.

Small group instruction, age-appropriate training, and tons of fun!

Final Day Performance:
Athletes will showcase what they’ve learned for family and friends.

Focused 1.5-hour clinics designed to perfect one skill at a time and build confidence.

Work on technique, drills, strength, and consistency for skills like back handsprings, walkovers, aerials, tucks, and more.

What to Expect:
Small groups, detailed coaching, and skill-specific training for faster progress.

When: Saturdays | Duration: 1.5 hours
