Rates vary by coach. Some may offer semi-private or group sessions at adjusted rates.

Non-members must register, complete a Waiver, and pay the annual $45 registration fee before booking.

All students (members and non-members) must pay the $45 annual registration fee and have a signed Waiver on file before lessons begin.

How to Book

  1. Complete the Private Lesson Request Form
    Fill out the form below to register and confirm agreement with our private lesson policies.
  2. Coach Contact
    Once submitted, your selected coach will be notified and will reach out to schedule your lesson directly.
  3. Sign-In Upon Arrival
    Each athlete must sign in for every private lesson at the Welcome Desk (to the right of the entrance).

Payments/Balances

Private lesson payments are made directly to the coach.

Athletes with outstanding balances are not eligible for private lessons.

Business Hours

Monday-Thursday: 5:00 – 8:00 pm

Sunday: 12:30 – 7:00 pm

Outside of business hours, athletes May Not be dropped off for private lessons without a parent or guardian present. A third party must always be present for the safety of both the athlete and the coach.
This policy is strictly enforced.

Private Lesson Policies*

Private lesson payments are made directly to the coach.

Private lessons cannot be scheduled during team practices, tumbling classes, birthday parties, or special events—unless space is available and prior approval has been granted by the gym owner.

Athletes with outstanding balances will not be allowed to participate in private lessons.

Non-members must register with Heart of Texas Cheer, have a signed waiver on file, and pay the annual registration fee of $45.

All students are required to pay an annual registration fee of $45. This fee supports the maintenance of our facilities, scheduling and communication systems, and access to members-only events and resources.

Private Lesson Costs
Private lesson rates vary depending on the coach’s experience and the length of the session. Pricing is as follows:

HOT Members
30-minute private lesson: $30–$40
60-minute private lesson: $60–$80

Non-Members
30-minute private lesson: $40–$50
60-minute private lesson: $70–$90
