Ready to level up your tumbling? This clinic is designed for athletes working on tucks and higher-level skills, focusing on power, technique, and confidence.
Athletes will work on:
Standing & running tucks
Proper set and lift for upward skills
Air awareness and body control
Drills to progress into layouts and beyond
Requirement: Must have a round-off back handspring tuck (or strong tuck progression)
Build height. Gain power. Take your skills UP.
