This 1.5-hour clinic is designed for athletes who already have a back walkover and want to improve technique and consistency.

Athletes will focus on body positions, flexibility, control, and proper execution through drills and detailed corrections. We will also use counts to cue timing and help athletes know exactly when to switch for better rhythm and consistency.

MUST have a back walkover
