Competitive All-star Cheer Squads
Heart Of Texas offers a National Champion cheerleading program. There are various teams available at all skill levels, from beginner to the elite level. Information packets are available upon request. 5-6 hours of squad practice per week, plus a tumbling- class.
Compeitive All-star Dance Teams
With an emphasis on hip-hop, HOT's National Champion dance team has built a reputation in the competitive world as a funky, fresh, unique group that is always entertaining. 1 1/2-2 hours of squad practice per week
What is All-Star Prep…
This program is for athletes that want to participate in competitive cheerleading, but have limited time to participate due to other activities, sports, family needs, etc. In this program you get all of the perks of competitive cheer without all of the financial or time commitments.
All-Star Prep Teams will:
• Be a part of the Heart of Texas Family!
• Practice one day per week (two hour session)!
• One tumbling class per week
• Only a 4 month commitment!
• Two different seasons Sept.-Dec. or Jan-April.
• Compete at local competitions.
• Receive the same quality coaching!
• Compete against other All-Star Prep Teams
What are the financial obligations?
Fees include…
$200 Monthly Tuition
Tuition includes: team practices, tumbling class, competition fees, practice shirt and shorts, routine choreography and coaches fees
All-Star Prep Team Uniform $50 deposit $50 rental (shoes not included)

This class is designed to help those that are planning on trying out for our teams and or school squads. Focus will be on motion technique, jumps, and tumbling. FEB. & MARCH this class will focus on tryout material, motion tecnique and jumps. An extra tumbling class can be added during this time Class spots are limited call and reserve a spot now
Students learn and polish all levels of cheer technique: motions, jumps, voice projection and facial expressions. This class is great for improving skills for school tryouts. One hour class per week- $40.00 monthly.
Our preschool program consists of movement education classes designed to help your youngster develop a sense of physical fitness, coordination and self-esteem. Students learn basic skills such as climbing, rolling, swinging, jumping and balancing while improving their listening skills and ability to follow directions. This 1 hour class designed for children ages 3-5yrs.
Classes are divided by skill level. We have beginner classes working forward rolls to classes teaching full twisting layouts. One 1 hour class per week - $50.00 monthly, two classes for $75.00.
Beginner Tumbling Beginning Tumbling Classes are structured for up to 8 individuals with one qualified HOT instructor! In this 1 hour class each tumbler will be mastering the specific skills listed below! There is no formal evaluation needed to register for this class as long as the student is 5 yrs and older! We will allow students who are younger in this class but they will need to be evaluated to determine if they qualify for this class
* Forward Roll, Backward Roll, Handstand, Handstand Forward Roll, Right & Left Cartwheel, Round-off Rebound, Back Bend to Bridge and an understanding of the Back Bend Kick Over.
Back Handsprings: HOT's Back Handspring Classes are structured for up to 8 individuals with one qualified HOT instructor! In this 1 hour class each tumbler will be mastering the specific skills listed below! A formal evaluation is required to sign up for this class and all ages are welcome! All Beginning Tumbling skills must be mastered to attend class. This should help ensure a safe training environment and proper progression of skills.
* All Beginning Skills reviewed, Standing Back Handsprings, & Running Round Off Back Handsprings
Series & Back Tucks: HOT's Series & Tucks Classes are structured for up to 8 individuals with one qualified HOT instructor! In this 1 hour class each tumbler will be mastering the specific skills listed below! A formal evaluation is required to sign up for this class and all ages are welcome! All participants must be able to complete a strong Standing and Running Back Handspring. This should help ensure a safe training environment and proper progression of skills.
* All Back Handspring skills reviewed, Series of Back Handsprings (3-4), and Running Round Off Back Handspring Back Tucks.
Layouts & Fulls: HOT's Layout's & Fulls Classes are structured for up to 8 individuals with one qualified HOT instructor! In this 1 hour class each tumbler will be mastering the specific skills listed below! A formal evaluation is required to sign up for this class and all ages are welcome! All participants must be able to complete a strong Running Back Handspring Tuck. This should help ensure a safe training environment and proper progression of skills.
* Review of Series and Tucks, Learning Round Off Back Handspring Layouts & Full Twists.
Standing Tuck Class: HOT's Standing Tuck Classes are structured for up to 8 individuals with one qualified HOT instructor! In this 1 hour class each tumbler will be mastering the specific skills listed below! All participants must be able to complete a strong Standing and Running series of Back Handsprings (2). This should help ensure a safe training environment and proper progression of skills.
* Standing Back Tuck, Standing Back Handspring Back Tuck, & Jump Tuck Combinations.
Extreme Tumbling: HOT's Extreme Classes are TRULY EXTREME!!! This class is structured for up to 8 individuals with one qualified HOT instructor! In this 1 hour class each tumbler will be mastering the specific skills listed below! A formal evaluation is required to sign up for this class and all ages are welcome! All participants must have a STRONG Running Full and Standing Tuck to attend. This should help ensure a safe training environment and proper progression of skills.
* Review of all basic skills and teaching Whips, Double Fulls, Arabians, Full & 1/2 Step Outs, All Front Tumbling, & Elite Combination Skills
A class for athletes that focuses on proper stretching for jumps and stunts.
